Cedar Fest 2008 - Michigan State University
I was at East Lansing during the first Cedar Fest back in 1989 after the Michigan/Michigan State football game. It was crazy and it looks like it hasn't changed much except the police response seems a lot more militant now. 52 rounds of tear gas were fired at the kids assembled.
